Course Outline
This course offers reinforcement and continuation of the next books in the Touché series.  At the end of this course students should be able to communicate about:

• school, subjects and classroom objects
• daily routine
• telling the time
• household tasks
• the weather
• communicate about where they are going and what they are doing to do
• clothes
• rooms in a house

By the end of Year 8, students will have covered at least Level 1 of the curriculum. The emphasis remains on oral communication but reading and writing skills are also developed. Cultural aspects of the French speaking world are also covered with special emphasis on life in New Caledonia and Quebec.
