TENNIS is a great sport with many benefits. Tennis helps players develop razor sharp hand – eye coordination that will benefit them in many sports. Health benefits are an obvious yet rarely mentioned benefit. Problem-solving, concentration, determination and ability to get along with others are additional positive reasons for children to play tennis. In many of the other sports, children can choose to play, being out of the action or waiting your turn – it’s a part of the game. Not in tennis. You are the action! Face it – tennis keeps mind and body in shape and is fun to play. We encourage children to learn tennis through our group instruction programme. However, private and semi-private lessons are available and a great way to speed up the learning process. Please call the coach for more information.
