Professional Development

Built on nearly a century of Educational experience, St Cuthbert’s College has a fine reputation for academic achievement. Teachers at the College are in many cases, leaders in their field.
The College is happy for these motivated and talented staff to share their expertise with teachers from other schools when there is the opportunity.
On two occasions each year - late May and mid November - Professional Development courses are offered in the form of full day workshops - 8.45am-3.00pm. These are keenly sought after and book out quickly.
Information and registration is posted on this website – see topics for details.

"Excellent resources. Lots of fun ‘hands on’ activities. The CD will save so much time, thanks for a great day. Great use of every day materials that could be replicated in any classroom."

"Great opportunity to work with others."

"This day was invaluable – so much to take away that would otherwise take hours and hours to find, gather, sort out – time we just don’t have."

"Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable and beneficial programme."

These courses are frequently booked out so it is necessary to enrol early to secure a place.
