Christine Gordon SC, Chairman of the Trust Board and Grant McCurrach, Chairman of the Robertson Circle work together on the financial security of the College in which philanthropy plays a crucial role.

The Robertson Circle

The Robertson Circle was launched in May 2002 as a separate financial and reporting entity, under the control of the Board of Trustees.
It is now the cornerstone of development and philanthropy at the College and its continued success is vital to the future of St Cuthbert’s.
Funds from sources other than fees are needed to maintain a strong, exciting and creative centre of learning. We will always strive to put as much as possible of our tuition fees charged into obtaining and retaining the College’s most valuable asset – our teachers.
An excess of 83% of our tuition fees go to personnel costs, therefore it is crucial that we continue to fundraise to remain innovative and leading educators.
