Application Process



All applications are acknowledged upon receipt. This will usually be by email.


Shortlisting for Interview

This begins after the closing date for applications. If you are unsuccessful in making the shortlist you will be advised as soon as possible by email or by letter if no email address is provided. If you are shortlisted for interview you will receive a telephone call to arrange a mutually agreeable interview time.



All interviews are conducted by a panel, usually two staff members. You will be advised of the panel members and their positions when the interview appointment is confirmed. You are welcome to bring a portfolio or any material which supports your application to this interview. In most cases, a second interview will be required involving a more senior panel member before an employment offer is made.



Once a candidate has been identified, a formal offer of employment is made in writing. Once accepted, a start date and induction programme is arranged.
