'I am very impressed with the help and assistance offered to me as a BT. “St Cuthbert's is a fabulous place to teach. The college itself is a beautiful environment to work in, with superb classroom facilities and resources. A strong philosophy of excellence permeates the entire school, from the management all the way through to the students. I was made to feel extremely welcome by all of the staff from day one. The school has systems in place to help with every problem that might be encountered, with support personnel who are always happy to help, no matter how trivial the issue. Most importantly, the collegiality of my department has made coming to work each day an absolute pleasure. A supportive, friendly environment with a strong focus on teaching for excellence, what more could a beginning teacher ask for?”
