Receptionist/Personal Assistant

We invite applications for an experienced Receptionist / Personal Assistant to provide professional customer service and administrative support.

The purpose of this role is to provide first point of contact for all visitors to the school where providing exceptional service is a priority; the position requires professionalism and a friendly natured candidate to take on this front facing role.

The position is a comprehensive reception position, which additionally provides administrative support to other PA’s, including producing documentation through Microsoft Office Suite, maintenance of college database, arranging meetings, mail distribution, stationery management for all office supplies and coordination of transportation requirements.

The successful candidate will be:
• An experienced receptionist and PA who has a friendly nature whilst remaining mature and professional
• Has a love for providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
• Highly skilled in the use of the Microsoft suite to produce quality documents
• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach
• Professionally presented at all times including communication
• Proven ability to work autonomously and is a team player.

Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm with one hour unpaid lunch break, including school holidays.

An understanding of school environments and experience with school systems would be an advantage for this highly sought after role.

Swim Teacher

The award winning St Cuthbert’s Swim School, winner of the 2017 NZSCTA Outstanding Swim School Award, is seeking highly motivated swim teachers to join our team of exceptional swim instructors.

Located in a state of the art aquatic centre, St Cuthbert’s Swim School is a swim school like no other that provides world-class facilities, programmes and services.

To join our team you don’t necessarily need to have swim teaching qualifications and/or experience as we will provide you with the necessary training.  You will need to have a passion for working with kids, a positive approach to life and a commitment to provide high quality swimming tuition and service.
