Physical Education and Fitness

The Junior School Physical Education programme is designed to encourage fun, cooperation and physical activity while teaching students the skills needed for team work and physical development.
Taught by specialist teachers from New Entrants to Year 8, the PE programme incorporates activities such as; small and large ball skills, aquatics, dance and movement, running, jumping and throwing, gymnastics, games and activities from other cultures.
Over the year students build their confidence and gain valuable life skills which they can take through to the Senior School.
