2FSH have been reading the story The Rainbow Fish and as a follow up from this the girls wrote character descriptions about Rainbow Fish.
The Rainbow Fish has dazzling and sparkly scales that shine like twinkling stars in the night sky. He lives in the deep, dark and lonely ocean. Rainbow Fish is the most beautiful fish in the entire ocean but he is really mean. At the start of the story the Rainbow Fish doesn’t share his scales, but by the end of the story he learns that if you share you get more and more friends and you feel happy. When he shares his scales he is no longer the most beautiful fish in the sea but now the big, wide ocean is colourful and filled with sparkly scales that shine and share happiness. An important lesson from the story is that it is wonderful to share because you will spread love and happiness everywhere you go.
Rainbow Fish is a fish that has shimmering scales that shine all day long. Rainbow Fish swims around showing off his scales like a rockstar showing off their singing voice. Rainbow Fish’s shiny scales light up the deep blue ocean like a sky full of night time stars. At the start of the story Rainbow Fish was cold-hearted and selfish. As Rainbow Fish glided through the water he let his dazzling scales light up the bottom of the ocean like the summer sun. The other fish started getting more and more annoyed at Rainbow Fish because he wouldn’t share his scales or join in any of their games. By the end of the story book Rainbow Fish learns to share and he becomes friends with all the other fish. His happiness spreads from the very bottom of the ocean to the very top of the ocean.
