About the Archives
The Archives are situated at the eastern ( Hunter building) end of the Frances Compton Library. A large museum/display room and a record storage room give the collection excellent viewing, storage and preservation facilities
Founded in 1990, the College archives have a comprehensive collection of historical records, including uniforms, photographs, copies of The Chronicle and memorabilia. The collection has been gathered from throughout the College - from Old Girls and former staff and many others with a connection to the College. Donations of archival material are made regularly.
Archives Services
Students, staff, Old Girls and parents are invited to use the Archives to find information about College history and about the life of St Cuthbert.
Visits are welcome
Copies of school records such as testimonials can be arranged

Obtaining copies of testimonials and qualifications
If you are going overseas and plan to work take several photocopies of documents with you.
Employers also want confirmation of your time at school.
Copies of testimonials, school reports. These may be obtained by contacting the Principal's secretary or the College archives. State your full name and the year you left school. Can be faxed, posted anywhere.
At the moment this information will not be given to employment agencies without a copy of your signed authorisation.
Copies of exam, NZQA results. A Certified Statement of Results can be obtained from New Zealand Qualifications Authority, PO Box 160 Wellington. Phone (04) 802 3000 Fax (04) 802 3112.The cost is $20 per set of results or $50.00 for more than two. You can obtain these from overseas by fax or phone. You are required to give credit details as well. Results for American Universities can be sent directly by NZQA. The College can confirm that you received a Bursary but cannot give you a certified copy of your results.
