Making Their Mark Awards
Inspired by the Sir Peter Blake Emerging Leaders Award, the College celebrates St Cuthbert's women who are MAKING THEIR MARK in their chosen field.
St Cuthbert's women are making their mark in all areas of society, in the fields of arts, community, culture, business, sport, equity, ethnic affairs, education, research, public service and the environment.
The St Cuthbert's College Making Their Mark Awards are announced during New Zealand Leadership Week in recognition of St Cuthbert's College women who have demonstrated some or all of the following criteria:
· considerable achievement in her chosen field
· determination and the will to succeed
· the belief in achieving extraordinary things
· a willingness to learn
· a desire for constant improvement
· considerable potential in the ability to lead
· a risk taker
· the courage to take on significant challenges
· integrity
· a striving for excellence
· be aged around 20-45 years old
Over the decades we have seen many St Cuthbert's College women excel in all areas of society. Now is the time for mothers, daughters, old girls, staff and friends of the college to be inspired by these role models.
The 2012 Awards Breakfast will be held at the College during New Zealand Leadership Week.
