The P&F Committee

We are a fun group of parents who foster friendships within the school community and enjoy planning and hosting events to fundraise for the school. Our aim is to have a broad group of parents represented on the P&F across a range of year groups, ethnic background, gender and personal or business experience.

You can choose your level of participation, based on the time you have available and your skills/experience. The school staff, management and Board greatly appreciate the support of the P&F and it is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with all members of the school community, meet like minded parents, develop friendships and make a difference in a small way.

We encourage you to come along to our next meeting and warmly welcome new members.

All parents are welcome to attend any of the P&F meetings and these are on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm, with the exception if the Tuesday falls within a school term holiday.
They are held in the Staff Room in the Robertson Building and are a very relaxed environment, where we receive updates on upcoming P&F events, Management and Board update, Development Office Update and discuss other topics relating to Parents and Friends'. Our AGM is held in May and again everyone is welcome to attend. At this meeting we will vote on the nominations received for P&F committee members and the Executive (Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer roles).

P&F Committee Meeting Dates 2012

Meetings of the Parents and Friends Association are held during the College term in the Robertson Staffroom at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend, particularly non members of the committee who would like to find out more about the P&F and its activities.
