2010 NCEA Results

The 2010 provisional results for NCEA show that St Cuthbert’s College students have continued to achieve at the highest national levels, we congratulate all our students who achieved NCEA Certificates at Levels 1, 2 and 3 last year.

Level 1 (Year 11)
98.9% of our students gained Level 1
53.5% gained Certificates with Excellence
94.0% endorsed at either Excellence or Merit Level

Level 2 (Year 12)
97.9% of our students gained Level 2
36.2% gained Certificates with Excellence
82.0% endorsed at either Excellence or Merit Level

Level 3 (Year 13)
97.1% of our students gained Level 3
23.6% gained Certificates with Excellence
74.5% endorsed at either Excellence or Merit Level

Result Statistics

League tables provide one measure of a school’s effectiveness and must be considered in relationship with other student achievement data.   However, they can be used as part of a decision-making process.

League tables, both in the School Certificate/Bursary era and the NCEA era have consistently placed St Cuthbert's College students at the top.  
While we are proud of our high flyers, our greatest satisfaction lies in seeing all our students achieve success – their personal best.
